Piercing Appointments FAQ

Please read below before booking

ID POLICY

◘ A valid ID is required for all procedures even if you have been in previously and filled out previous waivers. If you arrive without an ID we will not be able to do your piercing or tattoo.

◘ Adults are required to have a government issued photo ID. Minors must have a state issued photo ID that matches the parent's ID. (Name and address) OR a school ID accompanied with an ORIGIONAL Birth Certificate.

◘ Acceptable forms of ID are: State ID, Driver's license, Passport, Military ID, Concealed Carry License.

◘ An original Birth Certificate is required for all minor children getting ear lobe piercings.

◘ Other ID options may be acceptable, but must be approved prior to your appointment. Please call if you have questions regarding proper identification.

♦DEPOSITS are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of appointment. Deposits will be applied towards the total price for your piercing or service.
♦24 HOURS NOTICE is required to reschedule an appointment.
♦Time slots are designated for one piercing per person. If you have friends getting pierced as well, they will also need to book their own time slot.
♦If you'd like to get more than one piecing in your appointment please book multiple back-to-back appointments to accommodate for time.
♦Piercer's schedules occasionally change without notice, and you may be pierced by a staff member that you did not make the appointment with. If you need to be placed with a specific piercer, please check the box that indicates "PREFERRED PIERCER."

Any Oral Piercings 16+
Navel Piercing 16+
Eyebrow & Bridge 16+
Inner Ear Piercings 16+
Industrial Piercing 16+ if you have healed other cartilage piercings previously, otherwise 18+
Nipples & Genitals 18+
Dermals & Surface 18+
Earlobes Most ages accepted, based on location. All with proper ID

SWIMMING DISCLOSURE

Note that we HIGHLY recommend staying out of pools, lakes, oceans, and hot tubs while your piercing is healing. Recommended times for each piercing are as follows...

IMPORTANT:

◘ EAT and be WELL HYDRATED before your appointment.
◘ Your deposit will be applied towards the total price of your visit.
◘ Children: While we love kids, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your children while you are getting a procedure. Please try to leave the little ones with a sitter or family when you come in.

We have added the ability to reschedule or cancel your appointment by logging into the box provided. You must have first have created a password through a link sent to your email when you made your appointment. Appointments made before 7/20/2025 will not have this ability. If you cancel you appointment within 24 hours, contact us for a refund. Please scroll down to make a new appointment.
